We offer something for everyone - boot camp, running, walking, strength training, improved flexibility, balance work, speed and agility, and interval training.
Workouts vary each day to help you achieve your goals. Take your fitness and your running to the next level.
Group training for all ages and abilities. All workouts are based on your current fitness level and include running, walking, and strength and flexibility training.
Spring Training with Coach Rae Ann
Training Dates: January 22, 2018 to April 25, 2018
Goal Races (optional): March 4, 2018 - Take Stock in Children 5K & 10K or Skyway 10K AND April 28, 2018 - DeSoto 5K
Group Training: 2-3 days per week for 14 weeks
Mondays and Wednesdays 6:00-7:15 p.m. at Riverwalk, 452 3rd Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205.
Meet at Riverwalk's Emergency Services Memorial which is near the pavilion and splash park right next to the railroad tracks. Enter the public parking lot on the east side of the Manatee Performing Arts Center just east of the railroad tracks. Water and restrooms available at pavilion.
Saturday or Sunday mornings for a longer run/walk at a park such as Robinson, Benderson, Bennett, or Celery Fields.

Every session is different. Workouts will vary and include cardio, strength, agility, hills, speed, running form drills, and endurance with a focus on injury prevention.

Please bring water and a large towel or mat for strength/core work and stretching.
Pre-register and pay online or bring your cash payment to your first class.
All classes purchased are valid through April 25, 2018 and you will receive a 14 week training plan.
-$90 for all classes over the 14 weeks
-$10 per class drop in rate
Please note: School District of Manatee County employees and spouses must pre-register directly with Ro Mohamed, your wellness coordinator, to receive the SDMC supplemented pricing or fill out a payroll deduction form on site at your first workout.
